1. General Terms & Applicability

Pk 11 (pk11.im) is an online betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between pk 11 and all its registered members. By creating an account or continuing to use the platform, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

These terms may be updated from time to time. For significant changes, pk 11 will notify users via email or through the platform. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly.

Although these terms and conditions are published in Bengali, pk 11 considers the English version authoritative for all legal purposes. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the English version will prevail.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on pk 11, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age — pk 11 strictly prohibits account creation by minors.
• Each individual may only register one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be closed.
• During registration, you must provide your correct name, mobile number, email address, and date of birth. Providing inaccurate information may prevent your account from being verified.
• After registration, pk 11 may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. You will need to submit a National ID or Passport to complete the process.
• Keeping your account password secure is entirely your responsibility. pk 11 will never ask for your password by phone or email.

It is recommended to complete account verification after registration and before making your first deposit. pk 11 reserves the right to reject any registration application at any time without providing a reason.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Pk 11 supports the most widely used mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. All deposit and withdrawal policies are detailed below:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum daily deposit limit is ৳5,00,000.
• BKash, Nagad, and Rocket are the accepted payment methods on pk 11.

• All payments must be made from your own mobile banking account. Payments made through third parties will not be accepted.

Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳2,00,000.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30–60 minutes.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been met.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Pk 11 regularly offers bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. The following general terms apply to all bonuses:

• Each bonus offer comes with its own wagering requirement, typically ranging from 5x to 30x the bonus amount.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once, unless stated otherwise in the offer details.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in cancellation of all bonuses and suspension of all associated accounts.
• Cashback or reload offers may not apply to bets placed using bonus balance.
• Pk 11 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.
• Bonus validity is typically 7–30 days from the date of issue, as specified in each offer's details.

The welcome bonus applies to first-time registration and deposit only. Full terms for each bonus are listed separately on the relevant promotion page. In case of any ambiguity, pk 11's decision shall be final.

5. Betting Rules

The following rules apply strictly to all bets placed on pk 11. Compliance is mandatory across all categories — cricket, football, Live Casino, and beyond:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• In live betting, your bet will be confirmed at the odds displayed at the time of submission.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed, or left incomplete, pk 11 will refund the bet amount.
• For draws or cancelled events, the odds of a single bet will be counted as 1.00.
• The maximum bet amount per event from a single account must remain within the limits set by pk 11.
• Pk 11 reserves the right to void bets placed due to erroneous odds or technical issues.

6. Prohibited Activities

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on pk 11. Engaging in any of the following may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of your balance:

• Creating multiple accounts or betting using another person's account.
• Coordinated betting with the intent to exploit bonus arbitrage or abuse the bonus system.
• Intentionally exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical glitches.
• Processing transactions through a third party's payment account.
• Using pk 11 for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to harass, intimidate, or deceive other users.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

Pk 11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to respond to verification requests or submission of incorrect information.
• No account activity for an extended period (over 12 months).
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.

Users may request to close their account at any time. Any remaining balance will be available for withdrawal; however, bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pk 11 operates as an entertainment platform and accepts no liability for the following:

• Bets lost or missed due to loss of internet connection or technical issues.
• Transaction delays or failures caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Account losses resulting from the user's own mistakes or negligence.
• Any financial loss or failure to receive expected winnings based on betting outcomes.

Pk 11 is committed to maintaining a high standard of service; however, scheduled maintenance or unexpected technical issues may occasionally cause temporary disruptions. In such cases, pk 11 will work to restore service as quickly as possible.

9. Responsible Gaming Policy

Pk 11 believes that betting and gaming are a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We encourage all members to play responsibly. pk 11 offers the following features:

• Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately.
• Cooldown Period: Accounts can be temporarily suspended for a break period of 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: For long-term concerns, a permanent break of 6 months to 5 years is available.
• Reality Check: You will receive periodic pop-up notifications reminding you how long you have been playing.
